Our vision goes beyond simply selling videos.
We want to build a useful platform for the entire surf community, giving everyone a clear place in the same environment.
The same session can become a memory, a technical support, high-value content, and an opportunity.
For riders
SpotyCam allows surfers to find their images more easily, keep a record of their sessions, and go further in their progression thanks to video analysis.
Our goal is to offer an experience designed for the reality of the field:
- without prior reservation
- without complex logistics
- with the ability to easily find your images after the session
- in a framework designed to remain accessible to the greatest number
For a rider, SpotyCam should make access to images more fluid, more spontaneous, and more natural.
For cameramen
SpotyCam offers a simple framework for filming, publishing, and selling images, while developing a local and flexible activity around their presence on the ground.
Our ambition is to open this model widely:
- registration is free
- the platform allows various profiles — professionals as well as equipped enthusiasts — to join the ecosystem
- everyone can value their time on the spot in a simple, structured, and clear framework
We want to help create a new dynamic on the beaches:
increase the presence of cameramen on the shore and make surf filming more accessible to more riders.
Beyond selling images, SpotyCam has a broader vision:
to make surf filming a real, flexible, and modern opportunity for those who know how to film.
For coaches
SpotyCam allows coaches to create new online coaching opportunities and access concrete material, directly from the spot, to offer relevant technical feedback.
We believe in a new way of practicing this profession:
- more flexible
- less dependent on a permanent physical presence
- better adapted to modern coaching uses
- focused on motivated and in-demand surfers
Thanks to real session images, a coach can support a rider remotely, from anywhere, based on a concrete, useful visual base directly linked to actual practice.
SpotyCam does not replace on-site coaching.
The platform opens up a natural complement, capable of extending a coach's impact beyond the spot, and transforming their expertise into structured, flexible, and accessible video coaching.
